Myu-zik Notes: Albums and Papercrafts
Myu-zik (as in music) Notes began in 2008 as a line of greeting cards that Annelise, a local Oregonian artist, created, and it has grown to include beautiful handmade mini albums, perfect for holding treasured memories. I had the pleasure of producing a video package for her to kickoff a new chapter in her business. Known for her beautifully intricate papercrafts, we wanted to showcase not only her story as an artist but also each and every handmade album Annelise has created. You could say that each piece is an extension of her as an artist that is physically manifested into a one-of-a-kind creation.
Because Annelise wanted to focus on her social media presence, we also created a short “how I create my albums” video in standard and vertical video format along with an intro video for use at the beginning of each of her Youtube and Instagram videos moving forward. It was a fun day of not only telling her story but also piecing together the story and process that goes into each book she makes. I’d say it was a success, and I’m so happy to have been able to work with Annelise, tell her story, and film her beautiful albums and papercrafts!
