Finding the Story
Every project shows up on my desk as raw material: footage, notes, and a rough sense of what it's supposed to become. My job is to find the story actually living inside it and shape it into something people feel, not just watch.
I've spent over a decade doing exactly that: narrative editing, color correction and grading, sound design, and the quieter, unglamorous work of pacing a cut until it breathes right. Whether I'm cutting a promo from scratch or stepping into a project already in progress, I approach every edit the same way, with attention to story, tone, and the audience on the other end of it.
